Terms of Service

Costrify is a software tool that helps restaurants understand their costs, delivery-platform fees, and profitability. It provides estimates and insights to support your decisions — it is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe.
• Paid plans are charged at checkout. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Prices are shown in USD and may be billed in your local currency by Stripe.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to break security, reverse-engineer the platform, resell it without permission, upload unlawful content, or use it to harm others.

You own the business data you enter. You grant us permission to process it to operate the Service. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Costrify available and accurate, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costrify is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for business decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
